Who We Are: A Nigerian AI Technology Company
Faster Aim Technology Limited is an artificial intelligence and software company registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) of Nigeria. We exist to make technology useful for ordinary people: the student who wants to learn AI skills, the family searching for a safe home to rent, and the small business owner who needs clear, honest guidance on how to grow.
The name says what we care about. Faster means removing the delays that slow people down, whether that is a long property hunt, a confusing business process, or a skills gap that keeps good people out of the digital economy. Aim means building with focus on real outcomes rather than hype.
Our products run on modern web technology and apply AI where it genuinely helps: answering questions in plain language, checking documents, summarising information and guiding decisions. Everything we publish is written for Nigerian realities, including local prices, local payment methods, local regulations and the way people here actually search, rent, learn and do business.
Our work spans three connected properties, each with its own address and purpose:
- fasteraim.com, the main site and AI education platform
- rent.fasteraim.com, the Mr. Rent property marketplace
- smallbusiness.fasteraim.com, the Small Business 247 blog

- AI fundamentals and how to use modern AI tools with confidence

Who it is for

Why learn AI now?
Global organisations such as the World Economic Forum report that AI and data skills are among the fastest-growing in demand worldwide. Learning them early gives Nigerian students and professionals a competitive edge at home and in remote work.

Mr. Rent (rent.fasteraim.com): Find Verified Rentals and Properties in Nigeria
Mr. Rent is an AI-powered property platform that helps people search for houses, apartments, shops, land and event centres to rent or buy in Nigeria. It was built around one idea: finding a home should not mean losing money to fake agents, duplicate listings or unreachable landlords.
Ask the Mr. Rent AI
Describe what you want in plain English, such as location, budget and property type, and the Mr. Rent AI assistant helps you search, understand typical prices in an area, and think through your options. Every user is treated as a valued client.
Browse listings
Explore properties on the browse page, whether you want a self-contained apartment, a shop space, a short-let for a few nights, or land to buy.
List your property
Landlords, agents and property owners can list a property. New landlords can list their first properties free and pay only to add more.
Short-let and stays
Hosts set their own nightly prices, and guests can book short-let stays through the platform, giving owners another way to earn from their space.
Earn as an affiliate
Share Mr. Rent with your network and earn commission on qualifying referrals through the Mr. Rent affiliate programme.
Veryland (coming soon)
Veryland is our upcoming document-verification feature, designed to help people, including Nigerians abroad, check property documents before they buy or lease.
How Mr. Rent protects renters and buyers
Property fraud is a real concern across Nigeria. Mr. Rent is designed to reduce risk at each step:
- Secure payments: payments are processed through Paystack, a licensed Nigerian payment provider.
- Protected contact details: owner contacts are revealed for a small fee, which discourages spam listings and time-wasting.
- Document checks: our AI-assisted verification, with human admin approval, is built to help confirm documents.
- Clear guidance: the AI explains common risks, such as paying before inspection, so you can make safer decisions.
Practical tips before you rent or buy
- Always inspect the property in person, or send a trusted representative, before paying.
- Confirm the person you are dealing with is the owner or an authorised agent.
- Get a written agreement and receipts for every payment.
- For purchases, verify title documents with a qualified lawyer. Review the official land registry guidance relevant to your state.
- Read the EFCC public advisories on common fraud schemes.
Mr. Rent provides information and property evaluations as a service. It is not legal or investment advice. For major purchases, always consult a qualified lawyer or professional. Business blog

Meet the Founder: Daniel Chinaemere Igboke
Daniel Chinaemere Igboke is the founder and CEO of Faster Aim Technology Limited. He builds across product, engineering, content and business, which keeps the company focused and decisions quick.
Before technology, Daniel worked as a property agent in Ebonyi State. He saw first-hand how tenants lose money to fake agents and how honest landlords struggle to reach serious renters. That experience is the reason Mr. Rent exists.
He began teaching himself to code in 2018 and moved to building full-time in January 2026. Outside software, he writes fiction and produces creative content under the name Mr. Rembow, including a self-published novel, Returns of the Angry Vengeance, and the independently produced feature film Sister’s Cross. Storytelling shapes how our products speak to people: clearly, warmly and without jargon.
Daniel is based in Anambra State, Nigeria, and is reachable through our contact page.
