Refund & Returns Policy

We stand behind everything we sell at Faster AIM Technology. If something isn’t right with your order, here’s exactly what to do — and what to expect.
Return Window
You have 3 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund. After 3 days we are unable to process returns or issue refunds.
Branded Merchandise (T-shirts, Hoodies & Apparel)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- In original packaging with any tags still attached
- Accompanied by your proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
We cannot accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering.
USB Drives & Physical Digital Products
USB drives are eligible for return only if they are:
- Still sealed in original, unopened packaging
- Defective or arrived damaged
Once a USB drive has been opened, it cannot be returned or refunded — unless it is faulty or the content does not match what was described at purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong product, we will fix it at no cost to you. Contact us within 3 days with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo showing the item and the issue
- A brief description of what happened
We will arrange a replacement or full refund, and cover any return shipping costs in these cases.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Refund taking longer than expected? Check your bank account first, then contact your card provider — posting can take a few business days. If you’ve done both and still haven’t received it, email us directly.
Sale Items
Items purchased at a discounted or promotional price are not eligible for a refund. If a sale item is faulty or incorrectly sent, contact us and we’ll make it right.
International Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide. If you need to return an item:
- Contact us first — we will give you the correct return address for your region
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item was damaged or incorrect
- Use a trackable shipping service — we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- For high-value returns, consider purchasing shipping insurance
Items That Cannot Be Returned
- Opened USB drives (unless defective)
- Worn, washed, or damaged apparel
- Items returned after 3 days of delivery
- Items purchased at a sale or discounted price
